Why "Sasquatch"?

When our founder Roman started his plumbing business in West Seattle back in 2008, he wanted a name that felt Pacific Northwest to the core. Sasquatch — big, reliable, and impossible to ignore once you've seen the work. It was meant to be a little fun, a little bold, and completely unforgettable.

But the name stuck because it represents something bigger. In the Pacific Northwest, the Sasquatch is a legend—something elusive and powerful. In the plumbing world, finding a plumber who shows up on time, fixes it right the first time, and doesn't charge hidden fees felt just as rare as a Sasquatch sighting.

We decided to make that "mythical" level of service a reality.

We live in West Seattle. We shop at PCC, grab burgers at Pepperdock's, and drive the bridge (when it's open). Treating you right isn't just business; it's neighborly duty.

Protect The Castle

Your home is your sanctuary. We wear shoe covers, use floor mats, and never leave a mess. If we wouldn't do it in our mom's house, we won't do it in yours.

Radical Honesty

If you don't need a new water heater, we'll tell you. We pay our techs hourly, not by commission, so they have zero incentive to upsell you things you don't need.
