1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Sasquatch Plumbing website, or by hiring Sasquatch Plumbing for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.
2. Service Appointments
We strive to arrive within the scheduled window provided. However, plumbing work can be unpredictable. If we are running late, we will make every effort to notify you. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
3. Estimates & Pricing
We provide upfront pricing whenever possible. Estimates provided over the phone are non-binding and subject to change upon physical inspection of the issue. All work will be approved by the homeowner before it commences.
4. Warranty
We stand behind our work. Most repairs come with a standard 1-year workmanship warranty. Parts are subject to manufacturer warranties. This warranty does not cover clogs caused by misuse (e.g., flushing wipes) or pre-existing conditions in old pipes unless specifically replaced by us.
5. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to interest charges.
