Sasquatch Plumbing Services Seattle did a very good job. We had a Main pipe leak underground. When they came, they quickly found the problem. They cut the square of the grass, dig in and fixed the problem. Then put dirt and grass back like it never happened before, so we very satisfied with their job and would recommend to anybody.

I reached out to them and received a message back within minutes on a Friday mid afternoon. We set an appointment for Monday and Roman from Sasquatch Plumbing showed up exactly on time. He evaluated the problem, describing the possible situation so that we non-plumbers could understand it and agreed to move forward. He took care of our drain issue in a very neat organized thorough way. We (condo building in WS) were very pleased with the job he did and highly recommend Roman and his company for others in need of fixing their plumbing issues.

Fast and friendly, replaced my old burned out garbage disposal in 30 minutes. Tuned up the knobs on my sink for free in the process. Easy to coordinate with over text message.

A prior contractor had botched a toilet install. As a result the toilet kept backing up. Roman came by to give an analysis of where they were out of code with their repair, and an estimate to fix it so we could escalate it to the other contractor. No charge for that estimate. And then two days later when the toilet backed up to the point where we couldn’t unblock it ourselves, he unblocked it for free! We are really hoping to use him for the final repair as his knowledge and integrity make him wonderful to work with.

Sasquatch Plumbing is amazing and will absolutely use their services again. Roman personally answered my call on a Sunday evening, and came out to the house by 8:30am the next morning. I unfortunately have a toilet plumbing issue that was not done correctly by a prior plumber. Roman came out twice to give me a bid to fix the original issue and then to fix a clogged toilet due to the other plumbers error. He generously did not charge me for this while I am figuring out the dispute with the original contractors . Sasquatch is an excellent company and Roman is a super nice guy who knows the appropriate repairs to make sure your plumbing is done correctly and up to code. I will definitely use his services in the future..

Roman was fantastic! Scheduling was great, easy communication by text and he gave me a good two-hour window and then gave more precise eta on the day of. Called late in the day and got next morning. He took care of the clog quickly and caught other plumbing issues in the area. His charge to remedy additional issues was extremely reasonable. I will definitely call them again for any plumbing needs, large or small.

Roman came by today to replace a pair of lavatory faucets. The old faucets were rusted shut and required a fair amount of effort to remove. The replacement went extremely well, and Roman took care not to damage the countertop. He left the area clean and try and made sure to test everything. Roman's prices are fair and he's very friendly. I'd hire him for future work.
